Jen Stanley is a Board Certified Traditional Naturopath and Reiki Master, specializing in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation/Myofascial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.  She is the founder of From Scratch Wellness.  

Terry Opalek is a Certified Herbal Therapist and Reiki Master, specializing in balancing Energy Fields and Auric Recentering.  Terry co-founded Terry's Toffee and The Healing Center with his husband Michael Frontier.

In 2017 Jen and Terry felt a powerful urge to integrate their specialties and help those with physical, mental and emotional challenges and trauma.  Their first client was an 11 year old girl named Laine, with advanced stage Batten disease, a neuro-degenerative disease.  After the session her mother and caretakers exclaimed that she was calmer, more present and responsive than she had been in a very long time.  This experience shifted the trajectory of Jen and Terry's lives and helped to bring forward their desire to be "Super Healers".  

Their integrative energy work brings about relief and helps restore a natural state of well-being for children and adults who are in a place of imbalance, pain and upset.
